Not sure if this technically qualifies, but all of these things were inside at one time :)

- I am a wife of one amazing man, and a mother of 4 very busy children who is passionate about people, whole foods and clean living. Realizing that achieving goals on eating and fitness is not about rules and guidelines, but about living and enjoying this short life we have been given, for as long as we can enjoy it.
